Framing the Challenge
The Flagscape app’s information architecture no longer aligned with post-pandemic employee needs. Returning employees needed quick access to health screening and seat booking while maintaining a compliant, healthy workplace, but stakeholders also had competing priorities across other key features.

To clarify priorities and establish a clear path forward, I facilitated a 2-day cross-functional workshop to:

The framework helped the team evaluate ideas objectively and align on the features that would deliver the most value to employees. This created a clear path forward and ensured the Flagscape app focused on experiences that would drive adoption and engagement.
